Since the latest version (v0.13.4) I've found that if i press Option + Arrow then opencode will completely freeze up. I've tried to get logs, but as soon as I press it, everything stops working. I've tried it as well as in the zsh terminal in vscode and everything seems to be working fine there, so pretty sure the issue is with the interaction in Ghostty.

I'm using a Mac (Sequoia 15.6.1) and Ghostty (1.2.0) for the terminal.
