Issue

Testing whether the reporting system correctly captures previous conversation context on subsequent reports.

Session Context

Recent conversation:

  • User tested /report command with "just testing the reporting system"
  • Created issue #2993 successfully
  • User now testing if second report captures that previous interaction

Current work:

  • Branch: reporting
  • Time: 2025-10-06
  • Latest commit: df077dc83 fix: make lane description optional and add confidence command

Purpose: Verify that subsequent reports in same session include context from earlier in the conversation.
