isn't this coming from your code or something? We don't have any mentions of TOUL_REQUEST in our codebase

They believe that maybe it was in either LMStudio or devstral (the model), then.
(I'm still learning. Forgive me if I state something that sounds obvious.)

got it, Unless I am misunderstanding, I am going to close this since it isnt opencode? Maybe this is better suited for another repo? I can try to help you try to figure out what it was but since this isnt a typo in opencode idk what we would fix?
