What model are you?

The answer was "Claude 3.7 Sonnet" while I already chose Sonnet 4.5

i think claude code may include something in the prompt literally telling the model what it is

if you dont believe it just check the anthropic console the only surprise you would see is that haiku is used for title gen

Even if you use a provider that doesnt serve claude 3.7 at all like zai, you will see glm self report as claude 3.7 sometimes

this is just the llm you cant trust them to know what they are 😅

im gonna close this since it is just the model lying, we may add something to the system prompt to prevent this confusion in the future
