Describe the enhancement you want to request

When set to Plan mode, and Opencode is actively working through the Plan Agent, if the user presses tab to switch to Build Agent and queues up a message, the message is queued up for the Plan Agent. This feels counterintuitive and could be improved by queueing the message based on the selected agent.

The current behavior may be a design decision, or not. I wanna make sure I ask since I've been enjoying OpenCode and wanna contribute at least in this way :)
