The /thinking command seems to be missing from the OpenTUI version (as of 1.0.2)

This command is necessary. Without it, the output is cluttered with "Thinking:" blocks.

/oc read packages/opencode/src/cli/cmd/tui/, create a new slash command /thinking, by default all thinking blocks should be shown in the tui, but if the user hits /thinking it should toggle them off.
