This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #3640: 1.0.2 - Surprising unexpected ctrl+p/ctrl+n behaviour.
  • #3626: 1.0.0 - Emacs style navigation keybindings not working
  • #3379: opentui: readline-style keybindings not working (ctrl + n, ctrl + p…)

All of these issues report the same problem with ctrl+n/p navigation not working in the opentui branch. Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.

not sure how we'll rework defaults but i added keybinds for history_next and history_previous so you can override. can change the one for command_list too
