This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #3335: Unable to login with zen provider - Similar Zen authentication issues that could cause Bad Request errors
  • #3375: Claude Sonnet 4.5 throws 'text content block must contain non-whitespace text' - Specific Claude Sonnet 4.5 errors
  • #3561: OpenCode Zen models tool calls are not parsed correctly mid conversation - Issues with model switching/selection via Zen (relates to Haiku being used instead of Sonnet 4.5)
  • #3637: OpenTUI: /init command is missing in v1.0.x - Direct issues with /init command functionality

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.

I just ran the upgrade command a few minutes ago and tried again, it seems the issue was resolved in one of the recent updates.
