Config is always found automatically, but it would be good to be able to specify a config to use via a --config param.

For my specific usecase the underlying issue is #349

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
