Feature hasn't been suggested before.

  • I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

So I like the concept of this feature in aider: https://aider.chat/docs/usage/watch.html

Essentially it watches files for change and if it detects a specific string it acts upon it. If a user could configure trigger words with short prompts on what to do with them it could be a pretty fun way to work.
