I think you should add instructions to the documentation on how to properly uninstall for the various OS. This way if someone is stuck on a version, they can start again.

Right now my version 109 won't upgrade on one of my machines. And an npm uninstall does not seem to work.

Any suggestions on how to start fresh? Maybe you can consider a '/doctor' CLI option which can perform a repair - the way Claude Code tries to?

Running on Mac OS Sonoma 14.7.6 (23H626) and just using the Mac OS Terminal.

Try with the command which opencode, since it's just a binary you should delete that file.

Yes, I tried that a couple of times and it did not seem to perform the upgrade. Even the install script claims to install the latest, but 109 still runs. I will try just deleting the binary and installing again.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
