Version v0.1.133

I'm trying opencode through my business copilot license. I only have access to the 4o and 4.1 models (😞)

When trying 4.1 on a project, the agent constantly asks for confirmation, sometimes asking 3-4 times before it reads a set of files for analysis.

Noob question: Is this a limitation of GPT-4.1 or is there an opencode setting that I could try?

Thanks!

From my own experience using OpenAI-related products, OpenAI's models are too lazy—they don't even want to use tools, I have used gpt-40, gpt-4.1, and o4-min, and all behave the same way.

we're going to update our prompts so that openai gets the same prompts they use in codex - it will likely help

I can confirm this. It would have been better if we could change the prompt and set of tools at runtime. I guess this is planned under the profiles feature; however, right now, it is unusable if the model is not a claude
