Describe the enhancement you want to request

So Claude code has had this for a while. Essentially even for project plan that you have hand written and forgot some of the stuff clarifications from model during plan mode makes the plan complete instead of continously steering the model afterwards during build mode.

I do understand that the complexity for opencode to do this will be high as it has to support multiple model providers. But it should fundamentally improve quality for open source models as well as zen as it even forces vibe coders to be aligned on certain decisions.
