This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #3881: Right Panel not showing up - User reports right panel and toggle options disappeared after upgrade
  • #3740: Timeline missing from 1.0.x versions - Similar issue where a feature disappeared after updating to v1.0.x
  • #4583: Can we have a setting to go back to the old UI? - Related UI changes complaints in recent versions

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.

In case anyone comes here in the future that this might help, Session Settings only present themselves once you actually start a session. Looked through config files, relaunching OpenCode before I say Aiden's comment.

This includes the sidebar I was initially searching for.
