Description

I happened to open the right sidebar (I usually have it closed) today and all of a sudden, there's some MCP server called 'exa' listed as connected.

I did not configure this MCP server in my opencode.jsonc file or consent to connecting to it. This feels like an unwanted intrusion.

What is this MCP server, where did it come from, why am I suddenly being connected to it and how do I get rid of it?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch opencode.
  2. Open the right sidebar using <leader>.
  3. Observe that a mysterious unwanted 'exa' MCP server has suddenly intruded.

Apparently this is coming from the .opencode/opencode.jsonc in the opencode project's own GH repository.

Well, at least the question of where it's coming from is answered, I'll just have to remember to disable it in my personal fork.
