Describe the enhancement you want to request

This PR proposes enhancing the waiting experience by adding optional interactive content while waiting for prompts to finish to keep users engaged.

Proposed Features

  • Display a random tweet from list
  • Show a random YouTube video based on a trending or predefined category.
  • Watch a twitch stream, not adam or dax because they are retired.

Benefits

  • Makes the waiting time more engaging and enjoyable.
  • Provides optional micro interactions for users.
  • Can increase overall user satisfaction and retention.

Personally I think this is an terrible idea, let's not turn into Chad IDE. I don't get bored waiting for opencode, I just go attend to one of my half dozen other runnning opencode sessions.
