Description

Binding app_exit to <leader>q is broken (binding to a regular key e.g. ctrl+c does work).

OpenCode version

1.0.157

Steps to reproduce

Try to bind app_exit to <leader>q in your opencode.jsonc.
Start opencode
Note that you can't exit the app using that combination. In the command listing, no shortcut is listed beside the "exit the app" entry.
