Unclear how to navigate the help page #370

I like the help page overall but before you know that opencode uses d and u for moving up and down it doesn't seem all that easy to figure out there's multiple pages to that thing. It also doesn't really help that the first page seems rather complete. Adding a page counter or giving navigation keys first would be nice. I believe more in the page counter + d and u listed next to arrows close to it to communicate that you can page through it because I think the most important parts are on the front page.

It may be better already. I'm on version 0.1.140
