Describe the enhancement you want to request

Provide syntax highlighting for ets files, ets (ArkTS) is a superset of TS, and can use existing TS solutions with minor modifications.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #3926: Add syntax highlighting support for Clojure (.clj) files - Similar feature request for adding syntax highlighting for a specific file type
  • #3943: request: syntax highlighting for .txt files - Related request for syntax highlighting support for another file format

These issues share the same underlying request pattern: adding syntax highlighting support for specific file types. Feel free to ignore if your specific case (ets/ArkTS files) requires different handling or has unique requirements.
