Description

Multiple times in this conversation, Claude Opus 4.5 hallucinated incorrect colors in my screenshots. I gave the same screenshot to the same model in Claude Code, and it correctly saw all the colors. I don't know whether it was failing to read the screenshot properly or if it was just too lazy to look at the screenshot and made an assumption. Earlier in the conversation, I did have a gray prompt that it helped me set up, so it might've just assumed I hadn't changed the color since then and pretended it was seeing gray in the screenshot.
