Description

after update a see this: Error: Could not connect to server. Is there a server running at http://127.0.0.1:57923?
at i (http://tauri.localhost/assets/index-CC1JT69m.js:1429:16178)

  1. @adamdotdevin said "If you run into this issue, you need to open task manager and kill all bun/opencode processes, then reinstall the desktop app."

  2. My observations: if the reinstallation didn't help (as it did for me), then most likely some application is already using the port that OpenCode needs to work.

I have exactly the same error. It seems to open in the browser at that exact port and it works there, but the desktop app is not

Are you guys running the OpenCode TUI/server before starting the desktop app? This error indicates your server is out of date. The desktop app also ships a server with it, you may have to reinstall the app.
