This is from Claude:

This appears to be a duplicate of #8836, which tracks the same symptom (session list showing all sessions instead of directory-scoped).

There are two open PRs attempting to fix this:

  • PR #8886 - client-side filtering (partial fix)
  • PR #6724 - server-side filtering with opt-out

I've added analysis and a proposed more complete approach in the comments on #8836. Suggest consolidating discussion there.
