Question

Hi, I tried to update opencode through auto update, but it ran into error because of CLI file. So I aborted, but when I try to open the app, it just shows a blank window. So I try to uninstall but the exe says unable to uninstall or repair. Help please!

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #6035: Auto-update fails to close opencode-cli.exe, blocking update - describes similar auto-update failure preventing proper installation
  • #6057: Nothing is displayed - blank window issue after installation on Windows
  • #5485: Opencode become stuck all of a sudden - app stops launching after failed updates
  • #3900: [FEATURE]: uninstall command - requests for an uninstall command to cleanly remove OpenCode

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.

Can you just delete the file on your machine?

Please list folders that I should delete. I have deleted all the installed files and files from my user folder as well
