This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #5070: bug: exiting tui on windows has improper exit sequence handling
  • #5181: Input sometimes starts to only show ASCII escape codes
  • #5936: Random Artifacts In Terminal After Running

These issues all describe similar symptoms: ANSI escape codes and mouse event data appearing in the terminal after exiting OpenCode, particularly on Windows systems. The root cause appears to be improper terminal state cleanup during the exit sequence.

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
