Description

Ubuntu Desktop; if you open a link—such as when the agent presents a clickable link—the handling I am experiencing in 25.10 is that OpenCode opens the link in its own web viewer rather than invoking the call to the default browser.

This opens the web page in full screen (with Open Code branidng) without any method to escape, such as an "X" keyboard shortcut or a back navigation option to return to the session manager. Therefore, the only way to exit is to close out the app.

OpenCode version

1.0.217

Steps to reproduce

Chat with agent, ask it for a URL, click

Expected behavior (generally): links opens in default app associated with hyperlinks, ie the browser

Screenshot and/or share link

No response

Operating System

ubuntu 25.10, kde plasma

Terminal

No response

Also experiencing this on macOS 26.1 (Tahoe). Links open in the embedded browser instead of the default system browser.
