Description

In the desktop app, when using any model that isn't openai (and even openai on some providers), the desktop app simply does nothing.

The chat gets named, but no response is returned by the model and the whole thing is completely unusable.

No proof for this whatsoever, but i suspect it has to do with the new reasoning level selector.

1.0.219

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select any model besides openai models in the desktop selector
  2. Try to ask a question

tested in Vercel AI Gateway and Openrouter. Also noticing that the manage models interface can't be opened anymore.

just connected anthropic pro and that provider doesnt work either - tried with all reasoning levels
