Description

I have the following extensions:

  • oh my opencode
  • dynamic context pruning

If am running a long session and I see something I want to change I'll <esc><esc> to interrupt then redirect the agent and continue. Most of the time within a minute or two I'll get Internal Server Error. I'll need to /undo multiple times and go back to a good chat history state and find a way to continue forward.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #5660: abort session with OpenAI(Responses API) models throwing error - Similar pattern of errors after interrupting sessions
  • #5333: [FEATURE]: Graceful handling of queued messages after session interrupt - Related to session interrupt behavior and recovery
  • #5000: opencode --continue doesn't restore state of previous subagent pane - Related to continuing sessions and state restoration

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
