Description

This seems to be the same issue that was identified and fixed in an older version about 5 months ago, as mentioned here: https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/issues/2038.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue when upgrading from version 1.0.223 to version 1.1.1. While the built-in primary agents function correctly, all my custom primary agents are now failing with this error.
