这个问题你只要升级到新版本就能在浏览器中打开了，与之相反的是CLI中就无法通过attach连接了

使用 gemini-3-pro-preview 模型，这个很奇怪，我也遇到了，有的目录的session可以正常使用，有的目录下的session就会报错：Error: Unable to connect. Is the computer able to access the url?

In my case this was due to not having a default model configured (if you open oc in the scope of a project the tui will select the last used model which can obscure what's going on)
