Feature hasn't been suggested before.

  • I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

It would be great if i can disable a plugin via cli (and not remove it manually from the config file)

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #7309: Missing /skills and /plugin commands - requests command-line interface for plugin management
  • #514: Option to Enable / Disable MCP Servers (via TUI) - feature request for runtime enable/disable of MCP servers
  • #5013: How to enable/disable mcp server per project - question about disabling services at project level

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
