This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #6828: Error: Could not connect to server. Is there a server running at (same error with different port)
  • #7642: opencode Mac desktop version fails to open and cannot run (same error message on macOS)
  • #7475: Error: Failed to spawn OpenCode Server (related server startup failure)

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.

Maybe you can check your proxy setting, or just see is there any app use the port
