  1. Start "opencode" with one of the Azure Models configured (gpt 4.1 in this case)
  2. Type the prompt "run hello world in bash"
  3. The tool call fails

The same issue occurs with other tool calls.

Still this issue is not solved on the latest release,
npm error Failed to create opencode binary symlink: Could not find package opencode-win32-x64: Cannot find module 'opencode-win32-x64/package.json'
