so i closed that session and thus i cant really replicate the bug.
the steps i did right before was escape canceling the run of open-ai 5.2 codex.
i have no other configs available and i believe i was auto updated to the newest version

kinda wish there was more I could give you but there isnt really any extra info I have on why it did what it did.
my OS is ubuntu TLS and i am on x11 with rtx4090 and intel CPU if that matters to anything.

In my opinion, the most annoying thing here isn't a specific error occurring in certain cases. It's the fact that the error overlays the UI, blocking user input and can't be dismissed.
Maybe these errors could perhaps be collected in a sidebar or another controlled area?

P.S. An easy way to reproduce this is by disconnecting the network, which triggers the same issue.
