Description

Creating and closing Terminals you have the possibility of getting terminals with the same title causing confusion

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a terminal (Terminal 1)
  2. Create a new terminal (Terminal 2)
  3. Delete Terminal 1
  4. Create a new terminal, it will have the same title as Terminal 2
