Describe the enhancement you want to request

This feature would just allow the plan mode to also write, create, and validate OpenSpec (https://github.com/Fission-AI/OpenSpec) documents. Right now - I have to switch to Build mode to create these documents - but the AI agents keep wanting to start coding changes when I have not finished planning everything. It would be nice to allow Plan mode to be able to modify and create the OpenSpec documents - since these are really for planning.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
