Describe the enhancement you want to request

When using opencode in PowerShell, I tried Win+V, Ctrl+V, Alt+V, and Ctrl+Shift+V, but none of them could paste images from the clipboard. This severely impacts my work efficiency.

I hope to add a feature like Claude Code, where I can use Alt+V to paste images from the clipboard
