Description

After using opencode /exit to exit, attempting to exit the PowerShell terminal with exit will cause it to hang.
Forcing the PowerShell window to close, or pressing Ctrl+C, and then reopening the terminal to run the opencode command will result in an error.
However, when I check the npm list, opencode still appears in the list.

  1. Install opencode using npm
  2. After opening opencode, use /exit to exit
  3. Use exit to close the PowerShell terminal
  4. Reopen a new PowerShell terminal and run opencode
