Describe the enhancement you want to request

Now that servers can be authenticated, it would be nice to be able to attach to one by passing in the username and password.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
