Description

The agent type and model use are not showing when opening the TUI within Vscode terminal

Note 1: though that If I open a previous session that uses a model from a custom provider, and I then open a new session I see the options again

Note 2: When opening opencode from my regular MacOS terminal, it works well

Steps to reproduce

GIVEN you open the tui opencode within vscode terminal
WHEN opencode opens
THEN you see the terminal with no agent type / model
