Description

Hello,
I faced an issue when I tried to execute a prompt in the TUI or codium extension.

I check the version of opencode, it's the last. I check my api key, it's working on the other tools, and I still have credits.

There is a picture of it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start opencode
  2. write a prompt
  3. Press enter
  4. 404 Not Found
