I am receivng this error on startup:

panic: Get "http://127.0.0.1:46071/config": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:46071: connect: connection refused

goroutine 1 [running]:
main.main()
/home/runner/work/opencode/opencode/packages/tui/cmd/opencode/main.go:65 +0x806

Installed opencode globally via npm on ubuntu. I wonder who the user "runner" seems to be, it's not me ;)
Does anybody know the reason?
