Description

Using GPT 5.2 on the Zen plan, I noticed that when I switched from plan mode to build mode, GPT 5.2 (used in both modes) tried to access an invalid path {{plan}}.
I searched throughout my filesystem and couldn't find a plans or plan directory made by OpenCode.

  1. Enter plan mode and plan something
  2. Enter build mode and ask the agent to write down the plan you just did together

Both of these issues describe the same problem where the build agent looks for an invalid {{plan}} path after switching from plan mode. This appears to be a known bug that was resolved in patch 1.1.20 according to issue #8333.

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
