as the topic suggests i currently just copy it and paste the link to browser is there a keboard shortcut or any mouse method to do so its frustrating to copy exact url myself and paste it and double clicking doesnt seem to work

I assume you are taking about opening links in browser which are shown in the terminal.
Try using ctrl + left-click , hold ctrl button and right click on the link in your terminal.
it works with most of the terminal like konsole, ghostty, etc
