This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #8395: After using /exit to exit opencode and then using exit to exit the PowerShell terminal, the terminal gets stuck
  • #7861: macOS: Terminal becomes unusable after opencode exits ("dead terminal")
  • #7074: [Windows] CTRL_C_EVENT not handled by bun (umbrella issue)
  • #6912: Ctrl+C does not disable mouse tracking, causing raw escape sequences to flood terminal (Windows)
  • #8159: Bug: Ctrl+C causes terminal UI rendering overlap on Windows Terminal

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
