Feature hasn't been suggested before.

  • I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Shall we specify that some model use proxy to request to server?

I know this is not a very common request, but helpful for some region's people who needs to use proxy.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #7209: Is it possible to specify that certain tools use a proxy, such as websearch? These tools should be allowed to use a proxy, while others should continue to use the regular network.
  • #531: Support HTTP_PROXY & HTTPS_PROXY for millions of users who are behind fire walls in some regions and some organizations.
  • #4924: Is it possible to use proxy?
  • #4959: Add option to disable models.dev fetch for corporate proxy environments
  • #2446: AWS Bedrock Provider doesn't seem to respect proxy

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
