Description

So whenever I have my OpenCode desktop opened up and then I try to install a command, it doesn't show up when I press / command.

But when I close it and reopen it, then it shows up.

Version 1.1.25

Steps to reproduce

1.  Open OpenCode desktop in a folder
2.  Add a command in commands folder locally
3.  Press / in OpenCode desktop to see it not appear
4.  Now try to reopen OpenCode Desktop and to see the command appear.
