Description

Environment

OS: macOS (Apple Silicon)
Install method: Official GitHub Release DMG
DMG: opencode-desktop-darwin-aarch64.dmg
Versions tested: 1.1.26 → 1.1.25 → 1.1.24 (all reproduce)

Problem

Desktop sidebar has no Settings entry and no model add/management button
Menu bar OpenCode has no Settings item
Shortcuts like Cmd+,, Ctrl+X then M, and Ctrl+A do nothing
Web UI also shows no Settings or model management entry

Steps to Reproduce

Install and launch OpenCode
Observe the left sidebar: no Settings or model management entry
Check menu bar: no Settings under OpenCode
Start web UI with opencode-cli web and open it in browser
Same missing Settings/model entry in web UI

Expected

Settings entry available in sidebar or menu
Ability to add/manage models

Actual

Settings and model management entry missing in both Desktop and Web UI across all tested versions

What I’ve Tried

Cleared app data and caches:
~/Library/Application Support/ai.opencode.desktop/*
~/Library/Caches/ai.opencode.desktop
~/Library/Saved Application State/ai.opencode.desktop.savedState
Reset ~/.config/opencode to regenerate defaults
Restarted app and system
Opened normal session (non-minimal)
Verified CLI works (opencode-cli debug config)

Plugins

No response

2.Observe the left sidebar: no Settings or model management entry
3.Check menu bar: no Settings under OpenCode

me too, need to fix it ASAP, as it will be bad impression and make people worry about the QA of the product.
