Summary

Adam requested adding a small sliders icon button to the right of the Choose Model search bar (web + desktop) that opens the Manage Models modal. See Figma manage models section: https://www.figma.com/design/nm7fT1he2hcniHIipY1iEk/opencode-open-source?node-id=0-1&p=f&t=yD6BEVX1cQ59TYXN-0.

Details

  • Place the icon in the Choose Model dropdown next to the search input.
  • Use the sliders icon and give it hover + pressed states.
  • Clicking the icon opens the Manage Models modal.

Acceptance

  • Icon is visible in the Choose Model dropdown on web + desktop.
  • Hover/pressed styles match existing UI buttons.
  • Clicking opens Manage Models.

This issue is related to #9691, which is also about improving the Choose Model dialog. While #9691 focuses on adding model metadata tooltips, this issue adds quick access to model management. These improvements are complementary and can be implemented together to enhance the model selection UX.
