Description

The Ayu theme in OpenCode has low visual contrast for the currently selected session, making it hard to distinguish the active session from others.

In the chat panel, the Up/Down arrow keys are hard-bound to previous/next message navigation. There is no shortcut or setting to change this behavior, which prevents moving the cursor position within the input using the keyboard.

Please improve the selected-session highlight contrast for Ayu and add configurable keybindings for message navigation so users can move the cursor normally.
