when the project not installed git the agent chat not respone anything

Steps to reproduce

add into the docs install git before the opencode command in the root project
OR
make the open code install a git before if when running opencode and there is no git, then install git ..

  • #8099: first install windows.exe it is work, when i uninstall, reinstall it, always in initialing
